Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tokenhot provides reliable, high-performance LLM API gateway services. Because API infrastructure and computing resources are consumed digitally and in real time, the following refund policy applies.

1. API Usage & Consumed Credits

All tokens and credits already consumed through API requests are strictly non-refundable.

2. Unused Pre-paid Credits

  • You may request a refund for the unused portion of purchased credits within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • After 24 hours, unused credits are non-refundable and remain available in your account for future use.
  • Third-party payment-processing and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues & Billing Errors

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or prolonged service unavailability caused directly by Tokenhot infrastructure. Please contact us within 14 days of the occurrence.

4. Promotional Credits & Cryptocurrency

Promotional credits, trial balances, and cryptocurrency payments have no cash value and are strictly non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@tokenhot.ai with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
